Our school welcomes all students from all backgrounds. We help every child feel safe, included and ready to learn well before their very first day. We offer specialist visits with our "High School for a Day" program for Years 4-5, Enrichment for our Inspire – High potential and gifted education students from our amazing Primary Partners, our popular Open Night as well as one-on-one tours.

Growth in the classroom and beyond

We offer our students a wide range of subjects and extracurricular opportunities. This empowers them to learn, develop skills, and discover their passions. Wherever possible, we align student learning with real world examples.

Support for every family

Our teachers and learning and wellbeing support teams work with our families. We co-design plans that help students learn in the way that works best for them.

Principal's message

Heathcote High School offers a welcoming, caring community committed to student growth and excellence. Our dedicated staff provide a supportive environment that encourages each student to achieve their best academically, creatively, and in sport.

We offer a comprehensive curriculum, including specialist programs such as; high potential and gifted education in a range of domains, support unit, VET courses and strong connections to work experiences, alongside a rich extra-curricular program with debating, performing arts, leadership and diverse sports. Our students consistently achieve strong HSC results and impressive success statewide and nationally across academics, arts and athletics.

Supported by engaged parents, alumni and outstanding facilities, we nurture character, pride and personal development. We work closely with local primary schools to ensure a smooth transition.
