DUKE OF EDINBURGH
Our outdoor education program has as its centrepiece the Duke Of Edinburgh Award scheme. Through participation in this awad-winning program our students learn better how to solve problems and work with others while they build resilience and leadership capacity.
Recently the school has extended our outdoor education program through the forging of a linkage with Loftus TAFE. As a result many more students now participate annually in the program, getting involved in activities such as abseiling, overnight hikes and canoeing.
THREDBO MOUNTAIN BIKING
2017 has seen the HHS mountain bike team victorious for the 10th year in a row, retaining the National Champions Trophy. The mountain bike group would also like to extend their thanks to the following businesses who have offered their support to this event:
