Congratulations to our ANSTO Hackathon Teams.
Our Senior team comprising Year 10 students Eliza S, Jen S, Kyson H, Madison D, Kyah B and Eilidh S were this year's senior divison winners of ANSTO's National Hackathon which is run annually as part of National Science Week.
Many of the senior team members are a part of the school’s Sustainability Team, so it was fitting that they focused on litter and adapted a Spot robot to assist our dedicated cleaners with the extra work they do around the school.
Awards were presented to Team Artificial Unintelligence on Wednesday, 30 August, by Member for Heathcote, Maryanne Stuart with Spot and ANSTO Education staff in attendance.
We would also like to congratulate the junior division team comprising Year 8 students Sophie R, Eliza S, Ella F, Darcy M, Casey W, Hannah F and Jenson M for their hard work, teamwork, dedication and creativity during the competition.
